Ojectives: 
After completing this course, students will be able to:
Use runtime serialization techniques.
Control serialization of objects into XML.
Implement custom serialization formatting.
Access and manipulate files and folders.
Use Stream classes to manage byte streams.
Use Reader and Writer to manage the .NET framework.
Compress or decompress stream information.

Technical Requirements:
