Summary: This course educates employees about the causes and effects of sexual harassment in the work environment. It looks at elements that define behavior as harassment, methods that can be used to prevent it, as well as ways to deal with the situation if it happens.

Recognize the responsibilities of managers and supervisors if sexual harassment occurs
Determine training needs based on company size and the scope of the problem
Identify the methods used to deal with the accuser and accused when sexual harassment is reported
