Summary: 
In this course, learners will focus on how to administer the file and disk system, including file system basics and special disk operations. This will help prepare learners to administer file and disk systems as Solaris 9 system administrators.

After completing this course, students will be able to:
Manipulate directories and files
Identify file type using the ls command
Display physical, logical, and instance names
Partition disks and display partition tables
Use raw and block logical device names
Manage swap space, crash dump, and core file configurations
