Define and configure local and group policies.
Implement an audit policy, user rights assignments, and security options.
Use and modify Administrative templates.

Troubleshoot account policies.
Utilize the Security log and troubleshoot auditing problems.
Encrypt data on a hard disk by using Encrypting File System (EFS).
Recover encrypted files.
Create a Security Configuration tool set console.
