Summary: This course introduces users to various coping strategies and techniques for dealing with stress. Users will be able to understand the characteristics of different personality types, how people react to stress differently, and how a good stress management program should include practicing a balanced nutrition plan, a regular exercise regimen, and relaxation techniques.
